I'm Jillian Mauro — Holistic Practitioner & Mind-Body-Subtle Integration Specialist. I specialize in healing that goes to the root: the generational patterns, trapped emotions, and subconscious programming that live in the body long after the mind has tried to move on.
Since 2017, I've helped women release what they've been carrying — often for generations — so the cycle finally ends with them. While my work serves women in any season, I have a particular heart for mothers, who often carry not just their own patterns but the inheritance of the women before them.

We don't stay on the surface. We work with whatever the session calls for.
Most clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and less reactive — with a real sense of what's been holding the pattern in place and what their path forward looks like.

This is the work that goes every layer deep — emotional, energetic, subconscious, spiritual, physical. No retelling the whole story. No starting from scratch. We drop straight into what's most active for you right now.
Your Follow-Up Session uses my full modality stack: Emotion Code, subconscious belief work, nervous system reset, and energy clearing — same depth as your Initial Session, without the intake. Because we've already done the foundation together, we can reach what's surfacing now faster and clear it deeper.
If the work is going beyond what 60 minutes can hold, you can extend the session in the moment.
